Orders & shipping
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
Orders are tested and shipped from within the United States, typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Every shipment is tracked, and free priority shipping is included on all orders.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically at checkout — 10% off from four vials and 15% off from eight vials, with no codes required. For larger or recurring research accounts, see our wholesale page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted methods are shown at checkout. Because this is a research-chemical category, available options can change; the checkout page always reflects what is currently supported.
Quality & COAs
What does "third-party tested" mean here?
Each batch is analyzed by an independent laboratory for purity (HPLC) and identity (mass spectrometry) before release. Results are recorded on a Certificate of Analysis tied to that specific batch.
How do I find the COA for my vial?
Match the batch ID printed on your vial to the record on our Lab Results page, then download the full Certificate of Analysis. Each product page also shows its batch COA in the buy box.
What purity do you guarantee?
We guarantee a minimum of 98% purity on research compounds, or the product is replaced. Many batches measure higher; the exact figure for your batch is on its COA.
Products & handling
How are the peptides supplied?
Most compounds ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial. Store sealed and protected from light. Reconstitution and any handling are determined by the researcher's own laboratory protocol.
Are these products for human or veterinary use?
No. All ForRUO products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance.
Do you provide research protocols or usage instructions?
We provide identity, purity, and handling documentation for laboratory storage. We do not provide protocols, dosages, or usage directions of any kind.

What is your returns policy?
Because these are research materials, returns are handled case by case and are subject to our Shipping & Returns terms. If a product falls short of its stated purity guarantee, contact us and we will make it right.
