Our peptides are U.S.-manufactured and third-party tested in the USA. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, labels, and technical specifications are subject to change without notice. All peptides are offered as-is, with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available for listed products on our Lab Results page. Purity is batch-tested; the figure shown on each batch's COA reflects that batch and is not guaranteed beyond the listed shelf life.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. ForRUO LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including if we believe it violates our terms of sale or poses legal risk.

6. Shipping & Risk

• Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• ForRUO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
• Once a product leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the purchaser. We recommend ForRUO LLC Shipping Insurance, offered with every order; see our Shipping & Return Policy for coverage details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, ForRUO LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

If you purchased ForRUO LLC Shipping Insurance and your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must submit a claim for review. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement shipment. To begin the claim process, email admin@forruo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

ForRUO LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while in the carrier's possession. Orders placed without ForRUO LLC Shipping Insurance are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement under our shipping protection program.

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and trademarks, is the property of ForRUO LLC and may not be used without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
